Our online store should always offer you the best products, at the best cost saving. However, from time to time we do have offers available that are not yet posted on our ecommerce site. You are always free to contact us to check you are receiving the best discounted price possible.
All costs quoted via our online platform are deemed to be accurate estimates. Occasionally, there may be a need to make adjustments or add additional fees to your order. We try very hard to make sure this never happens. If we need to revise your order value (either up or down) we will always contact you first.
All orders are usually shipped within 4 to 7 business days. If we feel we cannot fulfil your order within this time, we will contact you.

Shipping Information
All online orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express, to the designated address supplied as part of the ordering process.
We reserve the right to select an alternative shipment method, when for reasons beyond our control, the shipping option chosen as part of the checkout process becomes unavailable.
