Zenwise Health 5-HTP is a dietary supplement that contains 100 mg of 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) and 10 mg of Vitamin B6 to support mood and stress levels. As a naturally-occurring amino acid, 5-HTP has also been shown to promote sleep management, cognitive function, and appetite control for weight management.
Suggested Use
Take 1-2 capsules a day with a meal in the evening, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
