The herbal combination of magnolia bark and jujube seed may support a person with an overactive mind to get a restful night of sleep by helping to calm the central nervous system.
Suggested Use
1 capsule daily 1 hour prior to sleep. For best results use this product for at least 7 to 10 days to help promote normal sleep.

Acacia gum, gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silica.
Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy or wheat.
