L-Carnosine (beta-Alanyl-L-Histidine) is a dipeptide, consisting of alanine and histidine. It is naturally found in high concentrations in skin, muscles and nerve tissues and its levels are known to decrease with age. L-Carnosine protects cell and tissue structures during the aging process through it free-radical neutralizing and membrane-stabilizing functions.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with food.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose (capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
